Joe Bryant

Head Coach

Nicknamed “Jellybean”, is a former professional basketball player and coach. He played for the Philadelphia 76ers, San Diego Clippers, and Houston Rockets in the NBA.

Brian Taylor

Head Coach

Played for the New York Nets of the ABA and the Kansas City Kings, Denver Nuggets. He also played for the San Diego Clippers in the NBA.

Mark Ellis

Hernando Planells

Head Coach

Planells has one of the most diverse backgrounds in basketball in both coaching and player development. He has coached at every level including a stint with the Maine Red Claws from 2010-11 of the NBA Development League.

Trevor Anderson

Head Coach

Trevor Anderson, CSCS (T.A.) is the Owner and Founder of Better Every Day®. He is a renowned Performance Educator, and a Multi-Sport Performance Expert. T.A. coaches and mentors the youth, and educates other teachers and trainers.

Xavier McDaniel

Head Coach

Nicknamed “X-Man”, is an American retired NBA player who, at 6 ft 7 in, played both small forward and power forward. He played in college at Wichita State University and professionally for the Seattle SuperSonics, Phoenix Suns, New York Knicks, New Jersey Nets and Boston Celtics.

Rocket Ismail

Head Coach

Rocket stared in the CFL and the NFL as a wide receiver and kick returner for the Raiders, Panthers and Cowboys. He had 363 receptions, 5,295 receiving yards and 30 touchdowns in the NFL.

Ken Carter

Head Coach

Coach Carter had the best record in Slamball for all three seasons and won the first championship in 2002. Samuel L. Jackson depicted Carter in the movie, “Coach Carter.”

Kevin Stapleton

Head Coach

Coach Stapleton won the 2008 Slamball Championship, beating the Rumble, in his third season as head coach.

Brendan Kirsch

Head Coach

Kirsch has been the head coach of the MOB for the past three seasons. He led the team to the semi-finals in 2003 and 2008.

John Starks

Head Coach

Former NBA guard who stared for the New York Knicks. Starks was an All-Star (1994), Sixth Man of the Year (1997) and All-Defensive Second Team (1993).

Kenny Anderson

Head Coach

Former NBA guard who stared for the New Jersey Nets and played for 8 other NBA teams . Anderson was an All-Star (1994) and was on the NCAA All-American First Team (1991).
